Deactivated staff and pending invitations don’t count. The amount adjusts automatically as your team grows or shrinks.
Questions about paying
What happens after the trial?
After 30 days you decide whether to continue. Without a subscription everything stays readable, but nothing can be changed until you pay.
How can I pay?
With Bancontact, card or direct debit (SEPA). Payments run through Stripe; invoices arrive by email.
Does the price include VAT?
No. Belgian businesses pay 21% VAT on top. With a valid VAT number from another EU country, VAT is reverse-charged.
Who counts as a user?
Everyone with active access to your venue, including you. Someone you deactivate stops counting.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, monthly, via “Payment details and invoices” in the app.
