Built for hospitality, in Belgium

A Belgian bar asked for a simple way to schedule students, flexi-jobbers and permanent staff. Availability, the schedule and swaps had to be in one place, on everyone’s phone.

The rules that come with that are built in from the start: shifts that run past midnight, the night the clocks change, people who work at more than one venue, and a team that doesn’t all speak the same language.

Today any café or bar can use BarPlanner, at the same price for everyone.
